Pucket List

Since we only have a few weeks left in Portland until we hit the road in late September, Harry and I created a Pucket list (do I need to explain “Pucket” to you? Really?). There are so many things we want to do in Portland before we leave!  Our goal is to make sure we continue having fun doing interesting things while we’re still in town because let me tell you — simplifying your life takes a whole lot of work (more on that later) and if we weren’t intentional with our plans, our days would only consist of errands and tasks, etc.

Before I go any further, I feel like I should do a shout-out to my friend Lindsay, who has been inspiring me over the past few years with her devotion and commitment to all things “lists”. She’s a firm believer in making her intentions public, stating that she’s more likely to follow through when she knows that people are standing by, waiting for an update. I’ve always been a list maker, and I love nothing more than crossing something off my list — I’ve just never gone public before. Until now.

Some of the items on our list are meant for us to do together, while some things we’ll do on our own —  but either way we’ll be living life to the fullest while we’re still in town. Of course crossing things off our Pucket list would be a lot more fun if friends could join us whenever possible! And the great thing about our list is that we can add more things at any time, so if there’s something you think we should be doing, invite us!
